It supports the testing and evaluation of different types of batteries, whether cylindrical batteries, prismatic batteries or polymer batteries, and can measure their voltage and capacity and other parameters with extremely high accuracy, providing reliable data support for battery production, research and development, and quality control.
Equipment features
1. Single point independence, each battery has a completely independent constant current and constant voltage source, stable and impact-free.
2. The equipment is controlled by STM32 single-chip microcomputer and connected to the computer. It can save all test data and curves, and can also be directly operated through the equipment keyboard to set the process to complete the test and sort.
3. Real-time detection and display of the status of each battery. If there is an abnormality, the channel will stop working and the indicator light will be on.
4. It has a power-off protection function, and can continue to run the original workflow after a call.
5. The power tube uses a field effect tube, which is suitable for batteries with lower voltage discharge, such as lithium iron phosphate batteries.
6. The graphical operation interface is adopted, which is intuitive and clear. It displays the voltage, current, time, capacity and other data of each battery at the same time, and can set different colors to display the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions.
7. The equipment accuracy is 0.05%, the data recording time is 1 second/time, and the stability is high.
8. The software is powerful and the human-machine interface is friendly.
9. The four-wire test interface ensures high measurement accuracy.
